Callaway County Clerk Denise Hubbard Tuesday holds her 2-month-old daughter Rachel at her office in the Callaway County Courthouse. Hubbard has adopted a policy in her office that allows her to bring her child to work with her each day. The Callaway County Commission is expected today to adopt a human resources policy that prohibits the practice, setting up a possible confrontation between the two elected county offices.
