Halloween event raises money for Shop with a Cop
It’s not every Halloween that youngsters get to grab candy from a police car or fire truck. This year, children can get a jump on Halloween trick-or-treating with a little help from area emergency personnel. At the second annual Trunk or Treat event being held from 6-8 p.m.
