New Bloomfield players celebrate by hoisting junior second baseman Austin Pittman after the top-seeded Wildcats punished No. 2 Eugene 11-0 in five innings Wednesday night to capture the District 6 title at New Bloomfield. The Wildcats will play in a Class 2 sectional against the District 5 champion — yet to be determined — next Monday.
