Jake Mosley, an employee of the Fulton Electric Department, Thursday measures the depth of a trench along St. Louis Avenue just west of Bluff Street where city overhead electric lines will be placed four feet underground. Operating the backhoe is Patrick Craighead of the Fulton Electric Department. Because of excessive heat, they are going to work at 6 a.m. and getting off at 2:30 p.m.
