The Callaway County Road and Bridge Department plans to complete construction next week on a new 70-foot, single-span bridge over Bachelor Creek along County Road 1011 about six miles east of Auxvasse.

Two new replacement bridges are under construction this summer by the Callaway County Road and Bridge Department. One new bridge is six miles east of Auxvasse on County Road 1011 and the other is two miles east of New Bloomfield on County Road 436.
