Spencer Coffman of Fulton is congratulated Thursday for winning $750,000 in a Missouri Lottery scratchers game by Annette Holtmeyer, the employee at Casey’s General Store at 1301 Business 54 South in Fulton who sold Coffman the winning ticket.
