Jack McBride served with the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theater aboard the USS Mountrail. McBride — one of eight local veterans to share their stories in “Fulton and World War II” which airs at 7 tonight on FACT-TV — shares what it was like to be a black man serving in a segregated military.
