Contributed photo: Artist Don Wiegand works on a clay model of his “Iron Curtain” sculpture as Winston Churchill’s granddaughter, Edwina Sandys, provides input in May 2010. The finished piece — a bronze bas relief that depicts Churchill giving his “Sinews of Peace” speech — will be placed in front of the National Churchill Museum on the Westminster College campus.
