Peggy A. Clare, 69, of Holts Summit, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at her home. She is survived by her husband, David Clare; sister, Mary Cook and family; children, David Clare Jr., Nancy Clare, James Clare, and Mickel Clare; and grandchildren, Clare Foster and Daniel Clare.
