Alfred Henry Cote, 74, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019, at Missouri Veteran's Home in Mexico, with loved ones by his side. Born in Concord, Vermont on June 26, 1944, Alfred was the son of the late Charles W. Cote and the late Stella (Rollins) Cote. Alfred was united in marriage to June Louise (Stetson) Cote who preceded him in death. Alfred proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Alfred was a member of Victory Fellowship Church and VFW Post 2657. He enjoyed going to church, bowling, softball, traveling and most importantly, time spent with his family. His memory will be cherished by sons, John Cote (Tina Stephens) of Omaha, Neb., and Jason Cote (Regan) of Bridgman, Mi.; daughters, Janice Cote-Gillispie (Lance) of Fulton, Anita Kathleen Cote-Cimino of Fulton; brothers, William "Billy" Cote of East Hartford, Conn., Charles "Chet" Cote of Bellows Fall, Vt., and Floyd "Butch" Rich of North Windham, Conn.; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Alfred was preceded in death by a sister May Edith (5), and infant grandson, Austin. Inurnment in Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Victory Fellowship Church in Fulton. Condolences may be left for the family at www.maupinfuneralhome.com
