Sherri Pamela Orton

Sherri Pamela (Pritchett) Orton, 52, of Fulton, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019, at home with loved ones. Sherri was born on December 1, 1966, in St. Louis County to the late Charles and Nadine Pritchett. She married John Orton on April 26, 1991, in Jefferson City and he survives. Sherri worked a number of jobs from Missouri Packaging, Aramark, Backers Potato Chips, and C&R Market. She helped take care of her family and friends. She was a loving and caring mother of, son Andrew, 30, of St. Joseph, Mo.; son, Roger, 29, of Fulton, Mo.; daughter, Christina, 21, of Fulton, Mo.; and son, John Jr., 20 of Fulton, Mo. Loving sister to brothers: Robert, Charles, Tommy, and Bobby; sisters: Earlene, Debbie, Connie, Tonya, and Tammy. Loving grandmother to Breanna, Alexis, and Rylie Orton. Loving aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, friend, and mentor to many others. Sherri was preceded in death by her mother and father, Charles and Nadie Pritchett; brothers, Earl, Terry, and Nathan; sisters, Joann, and Angie; father-in-law, James Orton. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the VFW in Fulton from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Following services Wednesday night there will be a carry-in dinner/get-together at the family's house that family and friends are welcome to go to.
