Bradley James Hall, 17, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. He was born in Columbia, Missouri on October 23, 2001, the son of Clint Fortner (Frances Fortner) and Crystal (Hall) Herring. Bradley's hobbies included fishing, computer and Xbox games, and listening to music. He enjoyed watching and playing sports and spending time with his friends and family. It was Bradley's dream to become a diesel mechanic. Bradley will be missed by his parents, Clinton and Frances Fortner of Fulton, and Crystal Herring of Arizona; brothers, Jason Fortner, Donnie Fortner, Joseph Lawson, and Jacob Hall; sister, Angel Fortner; grandparents, Charles Fortner and Peggy Clark; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Bradley was preceded in death by grandparents, Darlene and Leonard Winkler, and Joe and Annie Hall.
