After her children became of age, Wilma took on full-time employment at Fulton State Hospital as a Psychiatric Aide on the overnight shift. She retired after 30 years of service. Wilma enjoyed working out doing senior aerobics at the Community Center, attending church engagements, participating in local NAACP events and activities. She also loved gardening in her yard. Her grandchildren and great- grandchildren brought her much pride and joy. She never missed an opportunity to acknowledge a birthday or accomplishment.
