Rosetta Rose Mc Neil

Rosetta "Rose" Mc Neil, 60, of Fulton, passed away at Fulton Nursing and Rehab on Saturday, July 27, 2019. She was born on December 11, 1958, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter the late Lenard L. McNeil and the late Barbara J. (Momon) Goudeau. Rose was married to James McCain who survives her passing. Rose worked as a Forensic Specialist at Fulton State Hospital. She was a member of Second Christian Church. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her family. Along with her husband, Rose is survived by brothers, Lenard L. McNeil (Anna Sue) of Fulton; Michael E. McNeil (Margaret) of Raymore, and Kevin W. McNeil (Bettie) of Raytown; sisters, Melodi McNeil and Patsy McNeil, both of Maryland; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Second Christian Church with Reverend Cedric Harris officiating. Friends will be received from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
