Dorothy "Kay" Jatho

Dorothy "Kay" Jatho, 77, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019 at Landmark Hospital in Columbia. Kay was born in Fulton on June 8, 1942, the daughter of the late James W. Bush and the late Thelma (Tackett) Bush. Kay was a lifelong member of the Carrington Baptist Church. Her passion was working at the Missouri School for the Deaf. Those remaining to mourn her passing include daughter, Gayle L. Robertson of Fulton; granddaughter, Krystan Friddle of Ohio; grandson, William Robertson of Ohio; two great-grandsons; two great- granddaughters; sister, Barbara Shaon (Ollie) of Fulton; former husband, Billy Jatho; and several nieces and nephews. Kay was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Forest R. Bush; and sister, Billie J. White. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
