Glen Myers

Glen Myers, 70, of Williamsburg, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018. He was born on March 26, 1948 in Fulton, the son of the late Alvie W. Myers and the late Rosie (Diehl) Myers. Glen was united in marriage to Norma (Barton) Myers, who survives his passing. Glen worked as Yard Foreman at LaCrosse Lumber in Fulton for more than 30 years. He was quick with a smile and always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. Glen treasured his family and loved every minute spent with them. In retirement, Glen enjoyed going on trail rides with his friends from Kingdom of Callaway Estates. Glen will be deeply missed by his wife, Norma; son, Danny Myers (Shona) of Fulton; grandchildren, Justin Myers (Reva), Casey Myers (Cody Fort), Kasie Gibson (Dustin), Shania Dillon (Derek), and Miriah Wiggins (Levi); great-grandchildren, Kymorie, Blaine, Jax, Lyila, Nevaeh, Carsen; and special friends, Kevin and Jennifer Dusin. Along with his parents, Glen was preceded in death by brother, Howard Ray Myers. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
