Juanita Faye Morris

Juanita Faye Morris, 86, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at her home. Juanita was born September 8, 1931 in Jefferson City, to the late Alonzo and Mildred Jones Reed. She was married to Elwood Morris on September 10, 1948 in Jefferson City, and he has preceded her in death. In addition to being a loving wife and mother, Juanita worked for the Shoe Factory in Fulton. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, attending classic car shows and going to family reunions. She hosted many Sunday dinners and her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren. Juanita is survived by her son, Kenny (Thelma) Morris of Fulton; brothers, John Reed of Jefferson City, Dale (Ruby) Reed of Holts Summit, and James Reed of Hartsburg; sisters, Imogene (David) Wyatt of Jefferson City, Shirley Love of Holts Summit, Kate Brewer of Holts Summit, Wanda Jones of California, Missouri and Betty Woody of Holts Summit; grandchildren, Robby (Crystal) Morris of Fulton and Camille Morris-David of Fulton; great-grandchildren, Nathan (Ashley) Morris, Jonathan Morris, Charles McClelland and Emily David; great-great-grandchildren, Allie, Dalton, Haven and Hazel; and a special niece, Annie Allen of Fulton. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Reed; sisters, Ruth Mickey, Mary Hershmann and Nellie Ousley; and an infant brother. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive guests from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
