Walter John Zajdel, 80, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at his home. Walter was born on June 23, 1937, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Joseph Tony and Catherine (Walkowicz) Zajdel who preceded him in death. He was married on September 21, 1963, in Chicago, Ill. to Rosemary Ustasiewski who survives of the home. Walter was a truck driver for many years, worked for Fulton Public Schools for 15 years and was a devoted father and grandfather. Walter is also survived by: two sons, Michael Zajdel (Vicki), Brian Zajdel (Sherri); ; six daughters, Diana Partin (Skeets), Cookie Manno-Zajdel, Chris Arcuri (Ray) and twins, Hazel Davis, Doris Bendel, and Melissa Pierce; 17 grandchildren, Nicole Zajdel (Matt), Malorie Zajdel, Tori Zajdel, Jason Zajdel (Meghan), Holly Hicks (David), Amber Arcuri (Jacob), Ray-Ray Arcuri, Kimmy Manno, Matt Jay, Alex Zajdel, Patty Kastner (Brian), Robert Davis (Morgan), CJ Arcuri, Dustin Arcuri, AJ Arcuri, Anthony Arcuri, and Axel Arcuri and 24 great-grandchildren. No funeral services will be held at this time. A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2018, with full details to be posted at that time.
