Cynthia Gail Clines, 62, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018, at her home. She was born on August 7, 1956 in Aberdeen Maryland, the daughter of the late Loyd Clines and Erma (Frost) Clines. Cindy completed a 25-year career as a civil servant in county and state government. Before her health began to fail her, she also gave back to her community through volunteer work with CARDV the Coalition Against Rape and Domestic Violence. She served multiple roles including the organization's president for one term. As dedicated as she was to those areas of her life, they are not what defined her. It was instead the roles she played with her family and friends as caregiver, confidant and cheerleader. Cindy was never interested in worldly belongings or limelight. She preferred to sacrifice these things in support of her family and friends feeling that their success, and more importantly their happiness, were her own. Her memory will be cherished by her mother, Erma Clines of Fulton; sons, Travis Daniel Clines (Carla) of Fulton and Blake Christopher Daro (Ashley Christman) of Fulton; daughter, Melissa Gail Daro (Kevin Hughes) of Fulton; brothers, Dennis Clines and Shane Clines (Lisa), all of Fulton; sisters, Tess Sessler and Lisa Hays (Timothy), all of Fulton; five grandchildren, Tyler Daro, Oliva Clines, Elizabeth Hess, William Clines, and Jeff Clines; two great- grandchildren, Rylee and Callen Hess; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Loyd Clines; brother, Howard Clines; sisters, Paula Thompson and Faith Clines; and brother-in-law, Joe Sessler. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bill Nigus officiating. Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations are suggested to CARDV, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251. Condolences may be left for the family at www.maupinfuneralhome.com.
