Glenn (Tom) T. Hickman

Glenn (Tom) T. Hickman 78, of Steedman, was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on Friday, April 14, 2017. He was born in Hannibal, MO on July 6, 1938, to Glenn and Alyce Hickman. He had two siblings Ginny and Gerry. Glenn married Wanda Dryden and had four children. He later married Joyce Schneider from St. Peters and they have two children. He was a member of the St. Jude Thaddeus Church in Mokane, MO. He worked as a carpenter and was a member of the local Carpenters Union for almost fifty years. Tom was able to enjoy retirement smoking his pipe down at the Mokane Market with his friends. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife; Joyce, children; Debra (Tim), Teresa (Brad), Stacy (Pat), and Nikki (Joe), and grandchildren; Tyler, Brenna, Thomas, and James. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gerry, and sons James and Jeffery. At this time, there will be no visitation or funeral services. On Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 5-7 p.m. the public is welcome to come to the St. Jude Thaddeus Hall in Mokane to express condolences to the family.
