Mary Ann Glover, 74, of Fulton, formerly of Mokane, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016. She was born on August 8, 1942, in Callaway County, the daughter of the late Jim Varnadore and the late Pauline (Love) Turner. In May of 1962, Mary Ann was united in marriage to Edward Glover. He preceded her in death in 1999. Mary Ann retired from the Missouri Department of Social Services where she worked as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Mokane United Methodist Church. Traveling was something she enjoyed and she was fortunate to travel in the United States as well as abroad. Time spent with her family brought Mary Ann great joy. Those remaining to cherish her memory include sons, Greg Glover of Tebbetts, and Doug Glover (Jackie) of Mokane; brothers, James Richburg (Eva Nell) of MS, Jack Turner (Becky) of Portland, and Dale Turner (Lori) of Fulton; sister, Linda Farley (John) of Steedman; brother-in-law, Gary Taylor of Mokane; sister-in-law, Elaine Varnadore of Tebbetts; and grandchildren, Grant, Hudson, Jackson, Harrison, and Piper. Along with her parents and husband, Mary Ann was preceded in death by brother, Robert Varnadore; and sister, Lana Taylor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hams Prairie Cemetery.
