Jesse James Murrell

Jesse James Murrell, 62, of Portland, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016. Survivors include his son, John Zarkowski; daughters, Nikki Edwards, Tanya Murrell; significant other, Evelyn Brandt; mother of his daughters, Inez Murrell-Stanberry; brothers, Larry, Kenny, Walter, Ronnie, Johnny and Roger Murrell, Charlie Bell; sisters, Lillie Spicer, Violet Ballard, Geraldine Garrett; and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, October 21, 2016, at Portland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Maupin Funeral Home.
