Jo Ann Tutt, 80, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016, at her home surrounded by family.  She was born May 10, 1936, in Fulton, the daughter of the late Richard and Myrtle (Deloney) Ferguson. Jo married George Tutt in 1957. He survives at the home. Jo attended Fulton High School and graduated in 1957.  She also attended William Woods University. She worked for Raytheon in Sudbury, Mass. for four years while her husband was in the Army. They returned to Fulton and she worked for Harbison Walker Refractories until she retired in 1998. She and George organized the Missouri Water Color Society and ran it for 15 years. She is survived by her husband of 65 years; one son, Richard Tutt (Lori Anderson) and children Bailey and Brian of Fulton and Devin Anderson (Kassi) of Columbia; Laney  DeGraw (Jeff) of Bismark, North Dakota; daughter, Ann White (Chris) of Franklin, Tenn., children Remi and Garrett; brother-in-law, Jack Tutt (Betsy); two great- grandchildren, Prudince, Elwood and Aryanna; nephews, John, Matt and Paul Tutt. In honoring Jo's wishes there will be no visitation, only private family services will be held.
