William J. "Bill" Nevins II, 62, of Independence, Mo., died Friday, May 20, 2016. Bill is survived by: son, Steven Nevins; step-daughter, Barbie Daniel; sisters, Wendy Ritter and Jackie Scott; grandsons, Curtis and Tanner Nevins; granddaughters, Breanna Foster, Cianna and Sophie Daniel; and great-granddaughter, Presley Foster. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Committal service with Military Honors will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016.
