Georgia Frances Boggs, 85, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at Presbyterian Manor in Fulton. Georgia was born January 23, 1931, in Boone County, the daughter of Ed and Doris (Acton) Davis, who preceded her in death. She was married June 20, 1953, in Columbia, to Adolph Boggs, who also preceded her in death. Georgia was a homemaker all her life and enjoyed sewing, quilting and teaching sign language to whoever showed interest in learning. She attended MSD in Fulton. Survivors include two daughters: Carol Wehmeyer and Donna Glenn (Frank), both of Columbia; two sisters: Eddie Burks and Lena Grant; one brother, Joe Davis; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles "Tutor" Davis. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m., Friday, August 5, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
