Harper Evelyn Ray, two month old daughter of Richard D. Jr. and Jessica (Williams) Ray of Fulton, received her wings on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. She was born October 22, 2013, in St. Louis. During her short time on earth, she brought much joy to her parents and family and inspired them with her fighting spirit. Along with her parents, she is survived by her big brother, Hunter Dean Ray; grandparents, John and Cindy Williams of Auxvasse, and Richard Sr. and Mary Sue Ray of Fulton; great-grandparents, Nancy Kolarik of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Mary Lou Carlson of Dixon, Mo., and Everald and Kay Rose of St. James, Mo.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be joining her grandmother, Pamela Williams, great-grandparents, Donald and Evelyn Joyce Ray, and great-grandparents, John and Lorine Williams and George Kolarik in Heaven. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2014, at Maupin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service. Interment will be in the Auxvasse Cemetery.
