Josephine Louise Johnson

Josephine Louise Johnson, age 88, of Columbia, died Monday, September 9, 2013, at South Hampton Place in Columbia, Missouri. Josephine was a lifelong resident of Callaway County and a member of the Christian Church, Disciples of Christ in Millersburg, Missouri. She was born July 24, 1925, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Joseph Claude and Ocie Watt Bryant. Josephine is survived by one daughter, Terry Lynn Johnson Murry (Floyd) of Oklahoma; two brothers, Marvin Claude Bryant (Yvonne) and Earl Rusk Bryant (Kathy), both of Columbia, Missouri; and one sister, Anna Sue Harmon (William) of Millersburg, Missouri; and five grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Donnie Peacher; and two brothers, Paul and Lloyd Bryant. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Millersburg Cemetery in Millersburg, Missouri with Rev. Barbara Gulick officiating.
