Terry A. Bura, 66, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, November, 26, 2013, from complications of Agent Orange. He was born on September 15, 1947, in Fulton. He was the youngest of four children. He graduated from Fulton Public Schools in 1965, worked for the City of Fulton Electric Department, and drafted to the U.S. Army Medical Corp with service in Vietnam. He went to work for the telephone industry and retired with 28 Ω years service with Verizon. He held numerous management positions in his career. He is survived by two sisters, Carolyn and Doris (Joe); and one brother, David (Juanita); two children, Jack (Donna), and Amy (Matt); and five grandchildren; Blake, Mattie, Taylor, and Kenzie, all of Missouri, and Crystal of Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albin J Bura and Thelma L. (Damrell) Bura. A Celebration Of Life will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. with a gathering for friends and family from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home.
