Wildah Mae Lee, 100, of Fulton, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013, at Fulton Presbyterian Manor. She was born March 24, 1913, in New Bloomfield, the daughter of the late Obediah E. Boyd and the late Annie (McCleary) Boyd. On January 21, 1939, Wildah was united in marriage to Robert E. "Nookie" Lee, who preceded her in death in March 1984. Wildah was a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell for over 30 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a volunteer for the American Heart Association. Wildah will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her close friend, Lori J. Harris Franklin, and several cousins. In addition to her parents and her husband, Wildah was preceded in death by her brother, John Alvin Boyd. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, May 17, 2013 also at Maupin Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Butterfield Youth Services, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Blvd., Fulton, MO 65251.
