Janice Iola Hill

Janice Iola Hill, 74, passed away at her home on January 22, 2013. She was born March 15, 1938, in Fulton, the daughter of the late Harvey F. Whitmore and the late Cynthia "Irene" (Bailey) Whitmore. In 1969, she was united in marriage to Wallace Hill, who preceded her in death on March 31, 1996. Janice liked playing bingo, scratching lotto tickets, and enjoyed taking a chance. Janice will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons, Paul Gomez of Kansas City, KS and Roger Gomez of Osborn, Mo.; three daughters, Cindy Cason and husband, Edwin, of Williamsburg, Donna Hinson of Florissant, and Karen Baysinger of Fulton; one brother in law, Mac Dudley of Florissant; seven grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Janice was preceded in death by one daughter, Marla Kay Greenway; one brother, Walter H. Whitmore; one sister, Rose Dudley; one granddaughter, Angie Renick; and one great-grandson, Tyler Atterberry. Memorial services will be 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday also at Maupin Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Family of Janice Hill.
