Barbara Lou (Owen) Hall

Barbara Lou (Owen) Hall, 79, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Golden Hour Retirement Center in New Franklin. She was born in January 21, 1934, the daughter of the late William H. Owen and the late Luola (Overstreet) Wolfmeyer . Barbara devoted her life to her family. Her independence was a source of strength for everyone around her and will be a trait proudly passed on for generations. Barbara will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three sons, Thomas R. Hall (Deborah) of Blackwater, Darrell G. Hall (Debbie) of Perry, James L. Hall of Fulton; three grandchildren, Trina, Rebecca and James Jr. She was preceded in death by one son, Gilbert Hall; one daughter, Gloria Atterberry Hayward; one granddaughter, Julie Atterberry and one brother Billy Owen. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on February 8, 2013, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Bishop Bill Rogers officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m.until the time of service also at Maupin Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Callaway Memorial Gardens.
