Teresa Lynn Spurgeon

Teresa Lynn Spurgeon, 56, of Fulton, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013, at her home. She was born November 18, 1957, to the late Charles Blattner and Margaret Blattner. Teresa enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren who were a great joy in her life. She was also an avid gardener. She was employed at the Callaway County Public Administrator's office until her health declined. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Blattner; husband, Clark Spurgeon; daughters, Carrie and Beth Elliot, and Tammy Spurgeon; grandchildren, Amira Harris, and Austin and Charlie Mecham; sister, Sylvia Horstman and her husband Darrell; brother, Brian Blattner; and nephew, Cameron Horstman. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Blattner. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2013, at Maupin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
