Annabel Sullivan

Annabel Maddox Sullivan, 95, of Fulton, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Fulton Presbyterian Manor. She was born December 29, 1916, in Callaway County, the daughter of the late Grant and Pricie Maddox. In February of 1938, she was united in marriage to Howard Sullivan in Callaway County. He preceded her in death in 1979. Annabel worked at William Woods College. She was a member of Eastern Star, Rebekah's, Women's Club and First Christian Church of Fulton. She enjoyed hand painting china, sewing, quilting, and taking care of her granddaughters. She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Foster and husband Jim of Fulton; one brother, Robert Maddox and wife Betty of Fulton; two granddaughters, Mandy Foster Baugher and husband Matt of St. Joseph, Mo. and Mallory Ann-Marie Foster of Fulton; great-grandson, William Reid Baugher; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Wayne and Milton Maddox. Funeral services for family members will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Reverend Ed Varnum officiating. Interment will follow at the Auxvasse Cemetery. In lieu of customary memorials, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Annabel's name to William Woods University, c/o Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court Street, Fulton, MO 65251.
