Frank Scoggins, 69, of Fulton, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, of cancer at his home. Born August 8, 1942, in Alton, he was the son of Warren and Edith (Dunse) Scoggins. Frank loved to BBQ, watch wrestling and boxing, and tried to teach Harold Love how to fish. He retired from AP Green after working there for 30 plus years. He is survived by: three sons, Dean and his wife Donna; Terry and his wife Lynn; and Leroy and his wife Crystal; all of Fulton. He had several grandchildren: Bryan (Brittany), Blake, Doug (Carrie), Jamie (David), Terry Jr. (Kristina), Robert, Cassie, William, Whitleigh, Ryan, and Mae. He also had great-grandchildren: Rian, Jaidan, Delana, Derek, Makenna, Brynlee and Jesse. He was preceded in death by: his parents; one brother, Jerry Scoggins; and two sisters, Joyce Greeling and Linda Scoggins. A celebration of life will be held on May 5, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. at Dean Scoggins' home at 7327 County Road 419 (off Route O), Phone number (573) 220-1637. There will be a BBQ so bring a lawn chair. No flowers please. Burial will be a private ceremony.
