Fred McClellan

Fred Herndon McClellan, 84, of Fulton, passed away Monday, June 25, 2012, at Churchill Terrace in Fulton. He was born April 2, 1928, in Callaway County, the son of the late Earl Herndon McClellan and the late Tressie (Fisher) McClellan. Fred enjoyed fishing, model trains, and he absolutely loved chocolate. Though Mr. McClellan was not himself a veteran, he was a great supporter of veterans and veteran causes. Fred will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Tom McClellan of Seattle, Wash.; three daughters, Marilyn Young of Columbia, Barbara Herring of Florida, and Donna Peske and husband Jim of Lamoille, Nev.; six grandchildren, Rory, Ryan, and Randy Young, Jaime Peske, Tavis McClellan, and Brianna Clark. In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Noelle Boss. It was Mr. McClellan's wishes to be cremated.
