Tammy L Gassen

Tammy L. Gassen, age 33, of Higginsville, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at her home. Tammy was born in Tipton, Ind., on June 17, 1979, to William Lyndell Lee Hall and Janice Uvyonne Hicks. She received a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia University. She served the citizens of Missouri as a municipal police officer until illness prevented her from performing her duties. She is survived by: her husband, Timothy of the home; two sons, Zachary James and Joshua Daniel Gassen of Fulton; one brother, Lyndall Hall and wife Nichol of Steedman; one sister, Renea Conaway of Holts Summit; nieces, Kelsey Hall and Haillie Powers; and nephews, Zachary Powers, Kenneth Hall, and Johnathan Holsman; as well as numerous other relatives and close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Per Tammy's wishes, the family has accorded cremation and she will be buried next to her mother in the Steedman Cemetery, in Steedman, at a later date.
