Dulcie Ann Exendine

Dulcie Ann Exendine, 72, of Wellsville, formerly of Auxvasse, died Monday, February 27, 2012, at Golden Living Center-Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville. Dulcie was born March 25, 1939, in Mexico, the daughter of Henry and Gertrude (Griggs) Jennings. On March 29, 1958, in Waynesville, she married Gerald William Exendine. He died on December 21, 2002. Mrs. Exendine had worked at Walmart and was a babysitter. She enjoyed being around the kids very much. She also loved to quilt. Dulcie was a member of Grand Prairie Baptist Church in Auxvasse and Victory Christian Fellowship in Mexico. Survivors include her three sons, Jerry Exendine of Waynesville, Darren Exendine and wife Jeanne of Mexico, and Bryan Exendine of Waynesville; four granddaughters, Desiree, Andrea, Emily and Natasha; and one sister, Henrietta Burgett of Auxvasse. In addition to her husband, Dulcie was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Grand Prairie Baptist Church in Auxvasse with Bro. Ben Taylor officiating. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Arnold Funeral Home. Burial will be in Auxvasse Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimerís Association, c/o Arnold Funeral Home, 425 S.
