William Fred Delius

William Fred Delius, 41, of Boonville passed away Tuesday morning, December 11, 2012 in Macanaw , Ill. as a result of an automobile accident. He was born in Boonville, September 3, 1971, the son of Fred and Pat Delius and Sharon and Dennis Pratt. Bill had worked in the construction business his entire adult career. He enjoyed going to concerts and collecting hot wheels. He loved spending time with friends and family, especially his daughter and fiancÈ. Bill was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Fred and Helen Delius and W.E. and Flossie Fischer; and his Uncle Howard Delius. In addition to his parents, Bill will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by: his daughter, Britney Delius of Fayette; sister, Barb DeVille and husband Frank of Fulton; nieces, Tiffany Martin of Fulton, and Steffany Martin of Springfield; his aunt Roberta Delius of Buffalo, Texas; and his fiancÈ, Leslie Houchins, of Normal, Ill. Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Friday evening, December 14, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and friends may call from noon until time of visitation. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Davis Chapel with burial following at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family for an educational fund for his daughter.
