Blake Ann Sheley, 15, of Fulton, passed away Friday, September 16, 2011, at her home. She was born on February 8, 1996, in Fulton, the daughter of Jeffery and Dayna Sheley. Blake was a member of FBLA and Lucky 13. She loved hunting with her dad, shopping with her Grandmas, playing with her dogs, and attending high school sporting events. Blake enjoyed spending time with her boyfriend, Jake Abbott, and hanging out with all of her friends. Blake was the Nolan Courtesy Award recipient in eighth grade and was named Outstanding Student of the Year by the Optimist Club. In addition to her parents, Blake will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one sister, Brooke Sheley of Fulton; and grandparents, Tamara Sheley and Gay Richards, both of Fulton. Blake was preceded in death by grandparents, Bob Richards and Omer Sheley; one uncle, Greg Shaon; and great-grandparents, W.W. Hawkins and wife Mamie (Lawrence) Hawkins, and Arthur and wife Thelma Mills. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in the Fulton High School Gymnasium in Fulton. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, Mo.
