Bernard Fritz

Bernard Fritz, Gravois Mills, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Mo. Bernie was born November 23, 1939, to the late Tony and Louise Russell. Bernie retired from American Food Management in 1991. Bernie is survived by his wife, Nancee Shiverdecker Fritz, of the home. In addition to his wife, Bernie, he will be sadly missed by his daughter, Karen and her husband Glenn Beckmann; two grandchildren, Meghan and Hunter Beckmann of Chesterfield, Mo. and two sisters, JoAnn Thompson and Gi Gi Howard of the state of Colorado. He was preceded in death by one son, Bernard Jay Fritz; one nephew, Toby Thompson and several aunts and uncles. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 8, 2011, at the Elk's Lodge #2705 of Laurie, Mo. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Elk's Lodge #2705 of Laurie. P.O.
