Dorothy Louise Huey

Dorthy Louise Huey, age 87, left this world to join her loving husband on May 11, 2011. Dorthy was born December 13, 1923, and grew up with 10 brothers and sisters in Fulton, to parents Scott and Hallie Henage. During World War II she fell in love and married Don Rappelye Huey in Dodge City, Kan. They moved to Dayton, Ohio and raised two children. Dorthy, a manager at Federated Stores and Don, an electrical engineer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, retired to Sun City, Ariz., where Dorthy enjoyed her life, embracing her time in Ikabana and being an active member in the Sun City Ward of the LDS Church. She is survived by her brother, Guy Hue; daughter, Sherry Huey; son, Terry Huey and wife Bev, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation was Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 9 a.m., with the funeral at 10 a.m. in the Sun City LDS Ward on 13014 N. 108th Ave., Sun City, Ariz.
