Sophomore Maria Zrodowska set tournament and school records to capture the individual title and direct the No. 22 Lady Owls to the team championship of their own Fall Invitational on Tuesday at Tanglewood Golf Course.
Zrodowska finished with an 8-under par 136 (67-69) as William Woods University compiled a 24-over 600 team total (297-303).
Sophomore Krystal Burgtorf followed Zrodowska in second place with an 8-over 152 (72-80) for the Lady Owls. Senior Lucy Matthews was next in third place with a 9-over 153 (77-76).
Sophomore Paige Hawkins tied for seventh place with a 16-over 160 (81-79) for William Woods.
The Lady Owls play in the Columbia College Cougar Classic on Oct. 7-8 at Columbia Country Club.
