LINN CREEK - Krishtain Strobel and John Baxter competed for the New Bloomfield Wildcats on Monday in the Class 1 Sectional 2 meet at Deer Chase Golf Course.
Strobel tied for 26th place out of 47 golfers with a 33-over-104, while Baxter finished 44th with a 120.
The individual cut-off to qualify for the Class 1 state tournament was a 95.
Iberia and Windsor qualified for state as a team, shooing a 347 and 366, respectively. Miller's Presten Richardson won the sectional individual title with a 4-under 67.
