Girls soccer: Fulton 3, Moberly 0

Senior Joey Gall scored a pair of goals Thursday, leading the Fulton Lady Hornets to a 3-0 win against the Moberly Lady Spartans in a North Central Missouri Conference contest.

Gall opened the scoring with her first goal in the 17th minute, getting an assist from freshman Brooklyn Daro to make the score 1-0.

The Lady Hornets added another first-half goal to go into intermission with a 2-0 lead. Freshman Lexi Henley scored the goal, while freshman Madi Dyro had the assist in the 31st minute.

Gall scored her second goal 12 minutes into the second half to give Fulton a 3-0 advantage. Daro assisted both of Gall's goals.

Fulton (3-14), which is now 1-7 in the NCMC, plays Monday at Mexico.

In Thursday's JV game, Fulton defeated Moberly 1-0. Daro scored the only goal of the game 13 minutes into the contest. Sophomore Paige Key was credited with the assist.
