COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Fulton Lady Hornets dropped their eighth-straight match after getting swept 25-16, 25-7 by the Battle Lady Spartans on Monday night.
Junior outside hitter Kate Pani led Fulton (2-10-1) with two aces, two kills and four assists.
In the junior varsity game, the Lady Hornets (4-3-1) lost 25-17, 25-14. Sophomore outside hitter Leah Speer recorded nine digs.
Fulton's "C" team (2-2-1) also lost their match.
The Lady Hornets host an North Central Missouri Conference game against Hannibal at Roger D. Davis Gymnasium at 5:30 p.m. today.
