NEW BLOOMFIELD - Senior guard Madi Craighead was recently a first-team choice for the Lady Wildcats on the 2017-18 all-Show-Me Conference girls' basketball team.
New Bloomfield junior center Samantha Haas was a second-team all-SMC pick.
Craighead was also selected the most valuable player on the Class 2, all-District 8 team and was joined by Haas on the squad. The Lady Wildcats finished their season with a 19-9 record after falling to Sturgeon 56-49 for the District 8 title Feb. 24 in New Bloomfield.
