JEFFERSON CITY - The Lady Hornets prevailed in all three of their contested matches in their first-ever dual in Tuesday night's loss to the Lady Kewpies.
Sophomore Rylee Baker scored a 5-2 decision over Hickman's Alyssa Merson at 103 pounds, while sophomore Paige Clines pinned the Lady Kewpies' Justice Baum at 167. Senior Reagan Verwys pinned Hickman's Lebria Cook at 187 pounds.
Sophomore Katy Kronk won by forfeit at 235 pounds.
