Gaines sets school mark with outcome in 3,200 in Class 4

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Fulton junior Mason Gaines set a school record in the boys' 3,200 meters at the Class 4 state track and field championships Saturday night at Jefferson City High School's Adkins Stadium.
Gaines finished 11th in a school-record time of 9 minutes, 38.40 seconds, surpassing the previous mark of 9:47.
