Senior outside hitter Destri Dungan supplied 10 digs in the Lady Hornets' 25-16, 25-18 NCMC loss to the Lady Owls on Tuesday night at Roger D. Davis Gymnasium.
The loss left Fulton at 1-16-1 overall and 0-5 in the North Central Missouri Conference.
The Lady Hornets (2-11) prevailed in the junior varsity match 25-17 and 25-20. Sophomore middle hitter Shawna Stephenson tallied four kills and three aces, while freshman outside hitter Teagan Dailey contributed eight digs.
Fulton (1-8) dropped the freshman match 25-20 and 20-19.
The Lady Hornets travel to Kirksville for an NCMC tripleheader at 5 p.m. Thursday.
