The Fulton Lady Hornets dropped their ninth-straight match after losing a North Central Missouri Conference match 25-18, 25-10 to the Lady Pirates at Roger D. Davis Gymnasium on Tuesday.
Junior middle hitter Jaiden Saunders led Fulton (2-11-1, 1-4 NCMC) with three kills, while junior outside hitter Kate Pani had six digs and one ace.
In the junior varsity game, the Lady Hornets (4-4-1) were swept 25-15, 25-15. Sophomore outside hitter Destri Dungan came up with a team-high eight digs and sophomore outside hitter Kaira Jackson had four digs.
In the "C" match, Fulton (2-3-1) lost 25-11, 25-15. Freshman setter Kate Larson totaled eight assists and sophomore outside hitter Julia Mendez came up with six digs.
The Lady Hornets host an NCMC game against Boonville at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
